1. Go to
http://members.freewebs.com/2. Enter username and password
3. Click on site manager on right hand side
4. Click on page you wish to edit
5. Press 'new paragraph' button or if on the 'the blog' page click on 'post new entry'
6. Type your stuff and press 'post entry' button at the bottom of blog page OR 'done' button on other pages.
